Financial Controller

This position has a dual reporting line to the divisions managing director and to the groups CFO.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the financial administration of several group subsidiaries both domestic companies and WFOE;
2. Compliance to local rules and regulations;
3. Company secretarial;
4. Financial control;
5. Financial processes;
6. Budgeting, forecasting and actual reporting;
7. Monthly closings;
8. Year End closing and auditing;
9. Group reporting;
10. Reporting to managements;
11. Analysis of variances;
12. Member of the divisions management team.
Qualification:
1. Fluent command in English and Mandarin;
2. 6 years experience in similar roles.
Financial Manager
Job responsibility:
1. To maintain an efficient accounting system;
2. To fulfill financial reporting requirements and timeliness;
3. To review & control day to day Finance & Accounting operation;
4. To prepare the forecast and annual budget;
5. To properly implement the accounting policies (local & group);
6. To comply with local government regulations.
7. To prepare & evaluate the capital authorization requests for financial justification;
8. To prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports to other local governmental authorities such as Statistics Bureau.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majored in accounting, finance, economics or related subjects;
2. Over 4 years of experience in finance and accounting fields with sound and solid accounting knowledge and is familiar with PRC GAAP;
3. Working experience in an MNC is a must;
4. China CPA or other related accounting professional qualification a must;
5. Teamwork oriented and yet is also self-motivated to independently solve problems;
6. Highest level of integrity and work ethics;
7. Proven planning, organizational and managerial skills;
8. Excellent Chinese and English verbal and written communication skills;
9. Strong computer skills including experience in working with enterprise systems;
10. Ability to work under pressure to meet task deadlines.
Cashier
Job responsibility:
1. Managing cash flows for China Beijing office£»Control of company’s cash and check; recording of Daily Cash Log and Bank Log; Review of all incomes and expenses, and all bank related business;
2. Liaison with CVL and CVL portfolio companies appointed bankers and accountant as and when needed;
3. Managing received and distributed invoices;
4. Make various bills for all expenses (coding, allocating according to CVL policy);
5. Coordinating with Finance/Tax bureau for all tax reports;
6. Help each portfolio companies with all finance related work.
Qualification:
1. Accounting or finance degree;
2. Minimum 2 years working experience;
3. Strong sense of job responsibility and good team player;
4. Good learning ability and willing to continuously improve performance with open mind;
5. Honest.
IT Manager
Job responsibility:
1. Provide the technology infrastructures for the organization; contribute to organizational policy with regard to quality standards and strategic planning;
2. Install computer systems, ensures that back up systems operate effectively;
3. Schedule upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems;
4. Ensure the smooth running of all systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision;
5. Evaluate user needs and system functionality;
6. Ensure that facilities meet the needs of individuals and projects;
7. Planning, developing and implementing the budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, where appropriate, to ensure cost effectiveness.
Qualification:
1. Equivalent to graduation from a 4 years university with major in computer science, at least 3 year working experience or a related field
2. Language skill would be preferred.
